The information obligation
Based on Article. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (Journal of Laws UE.L. of 2016 No. 119, p.1 as amended) - hereinafter: "GDPR" I inform that:
1) The administrator of your data processed on the GFDMO.com website is ANGITIA Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw (address: ul. Grzybowska 87, 00-844 Warsaw, phone no. 535 001 483, e-mail: angitia@angitia.pl)
2) The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer, with whom you can contact in all matters regarding the processing of personal data via the email address: inspektor@cbi24.pl or in writing to the Administrator's address.
3) Your personal data will be processed:
a) if you have consented to the processing of your personal data for one or more specific purposes (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), or
b) in order to perform a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) or
c) in order to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR)
4) Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, taking into account the storage periods specified in specific provisions, including archival provisions, or until the consent is withdrawn.
5) Your data may be processed in an automated manner, but they will not be subject to profiling.
6) As a rule, your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (including the European Union, Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland).
7) In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:
a) if the processing is carried out on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a or art. 9 sec. 2 lit. a GDPR - the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, as well as the right to request the Administrator to access their personal data and receive a copy, rectify, delete or limit them processing or to object to processing, as well as the right to transfer data;
b) if the processing is carried out on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR - the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data and to receive a copy, rectification, deletion (if they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed) or limit processing or to raise objections against processing, as well as the right to transfer data;
c) if the processing is carried out on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR - the right to access your data and receive a copy thereof or rectify your personal data or to limit the processing of personal data;
d) the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), if you consider that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
8) In the case referred to in:
a) 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR, providing your personal data is not mandatory and does not affect the implementation of the Administrator's statutory obligations;
b) 6 sec. 1 lit. b of the GDPR, providing your personal data is a contractual requirement or a condition for concluding a contract, and failure to provide them will prevent the conclusion and performance of the contract;
c) 6 sec. 1 lit. c of the GDPR, providing your personal data is a statutory requirement, and failure to provide data will result in the failure to achieve the goal referred to in point 3 c.
Personal data may be disclosed to persons acting under the authority of the Administrator, having access to personal data and processing them only at the request of the Administrator, unless required by EU law or the law of a Member State. Personal data may be transferred to entities or bodies authorized under the law or agreements between these entities and the Administrator.
